Genevieve Mihalko

 

Genevieve Mihalko lives and works in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She received a BFA from the University of Michigan in 2008. She is currently pursuing a second degree in nursing science at Eastern Michigan University but art remains her foremost passion. Her art making process is expressive rather than precise, but her interests are rooted in human anatomy and natural laws. Remembered dreams and psychoanalytic theory also plays a role in her imagery.
